Links CPC was established in January 2008 by David Matthews MRICS.
Our aim is to offer sound advice to landlords, tenants and investors and to their professional advisers across a broad spectrum of the commercial property market.
The Links CPC business is based on our extensive experience of the Scottish High Street and the industrial and office market in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We deliver services in respect of acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, valuations and development consultancy. We are committed to providing the best commercial property advice to our clients.
Being a small consultancy practice you can be assured of a personal approach to your property requirements at all times and we aim to respond quickly and effectively to your instructions.

Our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the leading professional body governing services involving property. As such we are bound by the profession’s rules and codes of practice.
David Matthews MRICS
David has over 30 years of experience in retail, office and industrial markets. He acts for both landlords and tenants primarily in Scotland.
Client occupiers range from national multiples to private retailers.
Investor clients range from national property managers to ex shopkeepers.
His philosophy of providing individual solutions for individual properties for the long term has proved right, evidenced by long term client relationships with both tenants and landlords.
Sophie Wilbraham MRICS
Sophie graduated from Heriot Watt University with an MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development in November 2006 and went on to pass the APC and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2008. She has developed experience in professional, agency and landlord and tenant work across retail, office and industrial sectors.
Sophie joined David at Links CPC in March 2009 to take on some of the increasing work load and to broaden her experience both across Edinburgh and throughout Scotland. Her friendly and organised approach ensures she delivers a professional service and is well liked by clients.
Jillian Lunn
Jillian joined the business on a part-time basis in January 2008. She deals with all office management issues, including book-keeping and website management to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Jillian brings a wealth of knowledge to the business with over 20 years experience working for main board directors within the construction and commercial property sector.
