After agreeing the parameters with the client, we will endeavor to identify premises whether this is for purchase or lease.  On identifying appropriate premises we will undertake surveys to establish the value and condition of the property.  Following this we will undertake the necessary negotiations to agree Heads of Terms pass to pass to solicitors for legal completion, whilst providing personal guidance and assistance throughout the process.

For disposals, we offer an extensive marketing service through different media types to ensure good broadcast.  We manage enquiries, arrange viewings, resolve issues arising, whilst appraising the client of overall market reaction.  We seek to agree Heads of Terms to pass to solicitors for legal completion.
